Eligibilityl
g an order on our website you are stipulating that you are legally capable of entering into this contract and that you are over 18 years of age.
Payment
We accept most forms of Debit and Credit card payments as well as Paypal.
All prices on this website are in Sterling.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the UK Mainland Only.
All goods sold on the website will be delivered by commercial carrier.
We will deliver and collect goods within our normal working hours unless we have agreed otherwise.
Delivery is free on any single order with a net value of goods over £100.
For single orders less than £100 net there is a standard delivery charge of £6.
Our aim is to complete delivery of goods within 5 working days from the date an order is placed.
Whilst we will make every effort to meet our delivery target we are not legally liable for any delay in delivery or any losses caused by a delay.
Unavailability
If a product is unavailable for some reason we will contact you to see if an alternative product is acceptable.
We will never supply an alternative product unless we have obtained your agreement beforehand.
If the alternative product proves cheaper than the item originally ordered we will arrange to refund the difference in price via the original payment method.
Right to cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not a business or organisation) then the following rights apply:
You can cancel an order for any reason at all and at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you received delivery of the goods.
To cancel an order you must inform us in writing by emailing sales@haywaytools.com providing the invoice number and invoice date and the reason for your return. We will then advise you of our returns procedure.
All returned goods must be in as new condition and in the original packaging.
In such cases we will organise a full refund, including return shipping costs via the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items
If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit please sign the carrier signature sheet accordingly and inform us in an e-mail to sales@haywaytools.com within 3 days of receipt.
If a product is incorrect or faulty please inform us prior to sending the items back by secure means.
All reasonable shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed.
Faulty items will be replaced from stock where possible and any picking errors will be rectified.
Force Majeure
Without prejudice to any other clause here stated we are not liable for any delay in delivering or non-delivery of orders caused by events or circumstances beyond our control.
These include in particular but without limitation:
Strikes, lockouts and industrial action.
Civil unrest, terrorist threat or war.
Fire, flood, earthquake or natural disaster.
