Returns Policy

Right to cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not a business or organisation) then the following rights apply:
You can cancel an order for any reason at all and at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you received delivery of the goods.
To cancel an order you must inform us in writing by emailing
sales@haywaytools.com providing the invoice number and invoice date and the reason for your return. We will then advise you of our returns procedure.
All returned goods must be in as new condition and in the original packaging.
In such cases we will organise a full refund, including return shipping costs via the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items
If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit please sign the carrier signature sheet accordingly and inform us in an e-mail to sales@haywaytools.com within 3 days of receipt.
If a product is incorrect or faulty please inform us prior to sending the items back by secure means.
All reasonable shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed.
Faulty items will be replaced from stock where possible and any picking errors will be rectified.
